Process
The damaged cladding panels were carefully prepared and repaired before being resprayed on site. Due to the work being carried out during the summer months and at roof level, surface temperatures were high, creating additional challenges. To ensure a consistent and durable finish, a slow-dry 2K coating was used to allow proper curing and colour uniformity across all panels.
Results
All nine rooflight cladding units were successfully restored to a uniform, original-finish appearance. The repairs avoided the need for replacement and were completed within a tight programme, delivering a high-quality result with minimal disruption to the wider project timeline.
